1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TabMind, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.

2 Service Description & License

TabMind is an AI-powered tab management and knowledge engine. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. You are acquiring a right to use the service, not ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

3 Subscriptions, Payments & Renewals

All payments are securely handled by Paddle (MoR). Subscriptions auto-renew based on your chosen cycle unless canceled before the end of the current period. Prices include applicable taxes.

4 Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days. Note that refunds will be minus non-refundable processing fees charged by third-party payment platforms.

5 Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service for illegal activities, attack our servers, reverse engineer the software, or abuse AI resources through automated means. Sharing or reselling accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TabMind shall not be liable for any indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you actually paid.

7 Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify features or terminate the service. In case of permanent closure, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and allow time for data export.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if that fails, they shall be submitted to the competent courts in the operator's jurisdiction.
