• Account Info: Your email address for authentication and subscription management.
• Device & Usage Info: We automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and operation logs to ensure service security.
• Tab Metadata: When using AI organization, we temporarily process tab URLs, titles, and icons.
• Note Content: Text, images, or links you actively save to your Workspace.

TabMind requires tab access, but we solemnly pledge:

• No Password Access: We never access sensitive form fields like passwords or credit cards.
• Non-Persistent Tracking: We only process data when you actively use features; no background monitoring of browsing history.

Our AI features use OpenAI/Anthropic models:

• No-Training Pledge: Data is NEVER used for model training.
• Transient Processing: Original data is cleared from memory once analysis is complete.
• Encrypted Transfer: Full-site HTTPS/TLS encryption is enabled.

We never sell your data. We only partner with trusted providers:

• Paddle: Payment processing and tax compliance (MoR).
• Cloudflare: Network security and email routing.
• Google/GitHub: Optional OAuth login services.

Your data belongs to you. You have the right to:

• Access & Export: Export all Workspace data at any time.
• Correction & Deletion: Modify your profile or close your account.
• Account Closure: Upon closure, we will delete or anonymize your data immediately (except for legally required records).

We use essential cookies (to maintain login) and functional cookies (to improve the product). You can manage cookies via browser settings.

• Minors: Our service is not directed to users under 18.
• Core Pledges: No selling data, no sharing for marketing, and no collection of unnecessary sensitive info (e.g., ID numbers).
